From listing to publication

  1. Prepare your listing: Choose a package and enter job details, optional company photos and order contact.
  2. Review the order: Check billing details, services, duration, net amount, tax and total in checkout. Select an available payment method and accept the terms.
  3. Place a binding order: “Place order and pay” submits your binding offer. Our confirmation of successful payment includes contract acceptance. A mere acknowledgement while payment is pending is not acceptance.
  4. Editorial approval: We publish after payment and review. The booked period starts only then. Final rejection before publication results in a refund of the listing price.

Payment and invoice

Checkout displays payment methods actually available. Following confirmed payment, a PDF invoice is sent to the order’s billing email. There is no automatic renewal. These online bookings do not have a general 14-day payment term.

Corrections and additional services

Necessary corrections can be arranged. Package descriptions specify additional editorial services and placements. Substantive changes are agreed with the customer before publication.
